X-Tampa is a 28 story co-living apartment building in Tampa, Florida. The site occupies an entire downtown city block that includes an existing church; which is integrated into the ground floor public space of the project. The main entry on the south brings users through a curated garden into a gallery space connecting the club and residential lobbies. Above a podium of parking sits two floors of extensive amenities, accessible to both building residents and outside club members. the balance of the building consists of 432 units of co-liivng over 18 floors.
